The immune system of our bodies is the second pillar of our health and wellness and acts as our natural defense system. This system was naturally created to protect our bodies from diseases and other ailments that can seriously affect our health and wellness.
Our immune system is composed of a number of protective cells which include the white blood cells which were naturally created to act as our personal health care system and boost our health and wellness.
3rd Pillar of Health
The third pillar of health and wellness is our body pH balance. For us to be healthy, the PH of our body should be alkaline as opposed to acidic where most of the disease-causing organisms thrive. This means that the lower the pH your body has, the more likely you will find yourself falling sick. Some of the factors that may lead to such conditions which include some of the processed foods we eat, overcooking of food and acidic beverages we drink. We need to improve our diet if we want to maintain the pH balance of our bodies.
Fourth Plan of Health
This last plan in the four-point plan towards health and wellness is the lifestyle we lead. We must get a method of doing daily exercises of which they don’t have to be vigorous necessarily. We also need to reduce stress, toxins, carcinogens and any other drug or chemicals that will compromise our immune system.
